Sx-100-AF is a high performance sealant and adhesive based on polymer hybrid technology. Sx-100-AF having only 2% VOC, is a green sealant suitable for all green building designs. All Sealex hybrid sealant range of products has excellent weathering capability and high resistance to ultraviolet and does not shrink nor bubble and swell. As it does not contain any oil nor solvent Sealex hybrid sealant does not attract dirt particles so does not stain on any substrates and at the same time is paintable.
Sx-100-AF Anit-Fungus sealant is a certified anti-fungus product conforming to ISO 846:1997 Level 5 “Evaluation of the action of microor- ganisms on plastics” achieving Level 5 heavy growth test.
